Obviously not the best, but taken with the 6p during tonights full moon. I believe the larger picture was zoomed in.

How are you liking ProShot? Sample?

Unfortunately, I haven't really played with it yet, or the 6Ps camera. I bought it for the features it has and, playing around with it, I'm fairly happy with it. In my case, I'll likely still use the Google camera app for taking quick shots and only use ProShot when I want to manipulate the shot or get a better picture than what the default app will give me.

I really like the photos so far from the camera but I am wondering if in the picture with my dog that if this camera had OIS would she be less of a blur. I am very happy with using this phone over my note 4 though.

I didn't see any response to this so I just wanted to point out that no, OIS would have not helped at all in this situation. OIS reduces the amount of blur in a picture resulting from the camera moving or shaking while taking the photo which allows the shutter to remain open a little longer while taking photos to capture more light. So in fact if anything if you had taken this same picture with a camera that had OIS the dog might have looked even blurrier because the camera could have held open the shutter longer and actually captured more of it's movement. For scenes with moving subjects the best thing that you can have is a very fast shutter speed. And the only way to get that is to have a lens and sensor that can capture more light in a shorter amount of time. The 6P has a very good sensor and a very wide aperture, so unless you have a way to manually dial up the ISO and shutter speed you really aren't going to find a cell phone camera that will do much better in that situation in an automatic mode.

Just added a vignette via Snapseed for that dramatic effect.
