Nexus 6P Photos! Show us what your phone can do!

It always amaze me how users can take some good pictures but some of these so call review experts do a terrible job, then bash the camera. Nice pictures folks..

You wear shoes on bed? Do you know that shoes have been to toilet, it could have a trace of pee and fecal matter?

No I don't typically wear shoes on the bed..... The dog had just got back from the groomer and I wash my sheets after they get back.. After this picture I got up and started the laundry...

Plus I am sure those dogs drag way worse up on the bed after running around out in the yard (Thus why I actually own 3 sets of sheets and usually change them out and wash them every 4 - 5 days anyway)

Anthony just solidified I'm getting this phone. Thank you for your efforts. Those night pictures are spectacular.

Goodbye Note 4........ come Christmas lol.

Keep those pics coming! I'm very excited seeing what this camera can do!

Pumpkin time at work...

***EDIT: Click on this to see the details... I used Google Photo to upload the photo, then linked to the photo in Google Photo (not uploading it to AC), then changed the URL/link to see the 4000x2992 image, so you can really see the original image.

I'm not able to see either of the pictures you've posted from work. You might want to check permissions on the photos.

Hopefully my change will work. Google had them as private, and I finally found something that will allow it to be "Limited, anyone with the link"... sorry about that. Give it a couple minutes and see if you can see them.

***EDIT: I guess that doesn't fix it... I'll try something in a few minutes.

***EDIT2: Fixed... I had to move them into a new folder with "Limited, anyone with the link" permissions.

I have the Nexus 6p and the S6 Active. Trying to decide if I'm keeping the 6P. I created a comparison of 1080p videos taken with each. The Active can record HDR video which the 6P cannot. Despite that, the 6P video was very good. Much better than Active with HDR off and maybe a little less bright than the Active with HDR on. I picked scenes where there was a lot of light and a lot of shadows. I noticed in most normal lighting situations, HDR doesn't make much difference. The Active can also record 1080p at 60ps, but for this test I just stuck with 30fps.

So what are the differences between the 3 toggle settings

HDR+/A
HDR+/BLANK
HDR+/with a slash

A is Auto, uses HDR+ if it feels the shot needs it (typically low light or heavy shadows); Blank means HDR+ is on; with a slash means HDR+ is off.
