Shot this one yesterday, straight into the sun. Turned out pretty slick! Make sure you click on it to see it full size. IMG_20161027_174748.jpg

It may not be the fastest phone camera out there but it's definitely still one of the best shooters. If the Pixel is even better I can only imagine the possibilities.

ok ive been in this forum before asking about low light shooting with hdr+ set to on with the 6p. I am still having problems. when taking a shot in very low light or darkness I still keep getting a red tinge in the photo. 2 photos below one with hdr+ always on and the other with hdr disabled.

It hardly catches up with my old Lumia phone, but it's not that bad either.

NYC from 30,000+ feet. This was taken the evening of the big storm that hit a little over 2 weeks ago.

Manhattan is pretty much center frame, Jersey City in the foreground with Staten Island to the right, Bronx, Queens and Long Island toward the top of the frame (you can just make out Rikers Island and JFK airport.

It's a shame Microsoft let the Lumia brand fall by the wayside. The vocal camera app from over three years ago was light years ahead of any camera app on Android now. If Microsoft just got my bank and remote control apps going, this 6P hits the dumpster.
