Nexus 6P Photos! Show us what your phone can do!

It's a shame Microsoft let the Lumia brand fall by the wayside. The vocal camera app from over three years ago was light years ahead of any camera app on Android now. If Microsoft just got my bank and remote control apps going, this 6P hits the dumpster.

lol? The best lumia camera is ranked behind the Nexus 6 ... a 2015 phone, with a camera that I'm sure we all would agree was meh, at best compared to the 6P. And the 6P is part of a 5 way tie for the 15th best camera (with release software, it's actually quite a bit better now with the subsequent software updates). There are no Nokia or Lumia cameras currently in the top 35 smartphone cameras available.

I'll toss a few recent pics up. Now, this one isn't particularly well composed... But what I found particularly cool is the fact that the shadows cast from the east-west running powerlines protected the light dusting of snow we had from the strong mid-March sun. (cropped a bit)

Here's one from a recent family trip to Disney... lit up night shots have always been a favorite of mine with this phone. The HDR+ processing really shines in these situations

Uh, we wouldn't all agree. The 6P only gets a mention on Photographyblog.com, the site where they have been reviewing actual pro cameras for over 20 years. On the 925 they post real pictures Nokia Lumia 925 Captures UK Nightlife at 9:25pm | PhotographyBLOG.
Where are you getting your 15th best camera and top 35 camera ranking information? If you actually had used a higher end Lumia and compared photos, you would know those ratings are nonsense. A friend of mine got a 50 dollar 650 from Cricket the other day and the photos are comparable to my Nikon 8400. The Nexus 6P pictures aren't comparable and you sure can't verbally tell it "shoot" to take a picture

haha, ok. Maybe the new Nokia's will have good cameras if they make one with the SD 835.
