Dear Support,

I have Nexus 6P. Recently I have discovered that it is unable to connect to 2G network. Usually inside the city 3/4G always available. But in highways mostly 2G.

I have tried factory reset, still not solved. My device is not even switching to 2G, when I press 2G from the preferred network no action like I am not pressing anything. (Some images attached) when changing from 3G or 4G to 2G no action happen

I have tried many sim cards from different operators at my country and still same issue. When I put the sim card in any other phone 2G works.

I have checked with friends who have same device and their devices work perfectly on same operators.

To be honest recently I had to travel a lot this is why I discover it.

My country is Saudi Arabia

Can you help?

Sorry, perhaps because I'm using Google Fi, I'm not even offered those settings that you're seeing, so I can't check it out.

You say that you have friends using the same device - are they also on the same OS build?

Have you tried using their SIM in your device, and vice versa?
