Ok all,
I have scoured the internet for a fix to this problem and have been working on it tirelessly. I finally narrowed it down and tackled it... it's a problem with the way your router is configured to use IPv6. I first noticed hints of this bug when I first used my Nexus 6p. It wouldn't load images in the Play Store, and wouldn't load some apps correctly, while others it did. I finally switched my router to Link Local for IPv6, and voila! It worked.... somewhat. I could now load everything. However, my wifi kept connecting and disconnecting, and thus I scratched my head again. I then switched my router to SLAAC and Stateless DHCPv6, and now I no longer have intermittent Wi-Fi issues at all, and my whole network seems to have sped up. So I guess moral of the story, Nexus 6p's heavily rely upon IPv6 for some strange reason, and I'm not sure how to disable IPv6 on my Nexus, so get internet working on the IPv6 side of your network, and you should be A-Ok. Cheers!
