Why are these impossible to find? All I want is a nexus 7 16gb for $200 and a website that accepts PayPal it seems like an impossible mission if anybody can find that combo you are a legend.

Back in stock at Google store. Maybe that means they will get them in stock at places like Staples and Office Depot.

Can somebody tell me how google ships there tablets is it by mail or UPS, Fedex etc where you sign for delivery.

They're been in stock on the Play Store for a good while now. In fact, all versions of every model excluding the Nexus 4 line & Samsung Chromebook are in stock.
