Nexus 7 2012 google logo and bootloader unlock logo

I tried to downgrade my current android version of my nexus 7 2012 tablet to 4.4.4 Kitkat version.

I unlocked the bootloader but tablet didnt booted now im stuck with google logo screen with an unlock logo down below on the screen.

Can someone please help.?

Yes i tried the similar process but after unlocking and using flash-all file this happened.

Please refer to attached image and please assist.

Sorry, but beyond that, I'm not sure what else I can suggest, since I don't have any experience with the whole process.

If you can reboot to the bootloader, you should be able to flash the stock image files. I would start with the most recent one, reboot it, then flash back to KitKat

Sorry for the delay. In order to flash everything, you need to flash the bootloader, system, recovery, and user data.

Edit: you possibly may need to flash the boot file too. Following the same line of fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img. In your case, it's the bootloader-grouper-4.23
