I got this over the air but it keeps giving me errors

You will probably have to sideload it. 5.0 is extremely picky about any changes to the OS. If it finds one bit off it won't install via OTA. Most people have to factory reset.

I have not rooted nor changed anything. I don't know why it would find anything different.
