So, I was updating a few apps on my Nexus 7 (2013), specifically Chrome, Google app, Adobe Acrobat Reader. When I switched back to my home screen, there was total disarray. Apps that were not install were showing with the Droid icon, many installed apps that had been on a home screen were no longer there (although in app drawer) and swiping left for Google Now no longer works. In addition, blank home screens now show up. I am attaching a screenshot of what I have. Any ideas, advice or explanations gratefully accepted.
