I just bought a Nexus 7 and I have had it for a week now. I have never seen a consumer electronic device before that can not stay on while plugged into the wall.
Even though I have it plugged in and charging the Nexus 7 shuts down eventually because the battery gets drained too much. Having it plugged into the wall isn't enough to keep it on?! This is absolutely ridiculous! Does this happen to other people with the Nexus 7 or is mine faulty? The only thing I was doing was browsing with wi-fi turned on.
(PS: I have only let this happen once since I had no clue that it would drain faster than I could charge it!)
Thanks for your replies in advance.
