Nexus 7 Hard Reset

I have not had to do a hard reset but saw this video on you tube. He says it just needs to be plugged into computer or laptop. No drivers needed. Hopefully seeing it will help someone.

Thanks for the video. I did the boot reloader but still after pushing welcome icon, went straight to list of internet connections. What do I do? Can't get to homepage or menus.

I followed the video till we wipe data/factory reset. Now my device is forever taking to do the wiping data and formatting data.
I'm wondering what to do now. Please help.

iam trying all the steps from the video but when i get the androis green guy with the triangle an i press the buttons nothing happens on the bottom says no commands

I tried the volume up/down + the power button several times....it doesn't work....my tablet is just stuck in the power up mode....where the little circle goes around and around...and keeps on going till i power it off or on...Please help! thanks. It's a Nextbook 7 premium...is there something else i can do?
