Nexus 7 slowed down

I have a Nexus 7 (2nd Generation) tablet and after my latest Android update (i.e. 4.4.3) my tablet has slowed down and most times is even un-responsive. I cleared the cache partition and also gave it a factory reset however the problem still persisits.

Can anyone help me? Thanks !

Welcome to Android Central! Is there any particular situation that seems to be associated with the slowdown, or is it constant or random?

Try booting into Safe Mode. If the slowdown resolves, then there may be some app that isn't playing well with 4.4.3. https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/2852139?hl=en

Tried doing so. Tablet worked fine in safe mode. Rebooted. Deleted most of the apps (any recently installed ones too), however the problem persists :/

Maybe you should try a factory reset then

Maybe you should try a factory reset then

And then reinstall your apps one by one, since an app is like the root of the problem. Monitor the performance between apps until you find the app causing the issue
