Nexus 7 Tablet Bricked?

Rom stopped working one day.. No booting past google start up. Boots into TWRP.. no back up. Any computer will not read. Drivers installed..

Is this done or is there something I am missing. ADB has no access. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

You might be able to type in adb commands even though the pc says it is not connected. My N7 did.
