Welcome to Android Central! Is it the FBI virus? You can force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power for about 20 seconds. Then boot into Recovery and either wipe the cache partition or do a factory reset: http://forums.androidcentral.com/go...e-nexus-7-2012-2013-cache-partition-wipe.html
