My question is such: what options do I have for displaying my Nexus 7 screen on a projector?
Is there a program that would enable me to mirror the Nexus 7 screen to a PC, which I'd be able to then connect to a projector?
I understand Teamviewer QS can do this, but it does not work with the Nexus 7 2012. I will have to root the device and install a custom ROM. If so, which one?
Also, this leads to another question: having this custom ROM, what kind of visual/layout differences can I expect between various apps running on the custom ROM, and the same running on the stock Nexus 7?
