For the Nexus crowd? As a Moto X owner and previously a Nexus owner (still have the Gnex on 4.4, have both N7's, wife has a Nexus), I'd say the G2 is barely on the radar of possibilities. It is undoubtedly a great phone for mass consumers, but the Moto X has a very Nexusy feel to it that I love. Of course, a G2 with AOKP, PA or another stock-ish ROM might do it better, but the Moto X features are something I actually miss when playing with my Nexii.

I have the vzw gnex, nexus4, nexus7 2012, nexus7 2013. Upgraded to the LG g2. 10x better then any nexus phone I've had. And it's on America's best n fastest network vzw. The nexus phone is more aimed at developer crowds, crap battery, crop camera, the only thing going for nexus phone is Google themed asop Kitkat. I'll keep my nexus tablets they work just fine.
