Nexus Freaking Out on Orb

So my phone's been freaking out when I'm watching a youtube video and it's sitting on the orb recharging. It just starts activating all the buttons on the screen and opening apps. It stops when I take it off the charger. Anyone experience this?

yes, I heard the clicks from when you open up something and too my surprise I watched it launch facebook and was about to reply to a post. It seems to act weird when its not in that sweet spot on the orb. Which by the way is a pain and pisses me off trying to find it. Oh how I wish I could use my Touchstone....
