Nexus S 4G; Do you need to re-root once you get ICS

Hey guys. After the past few weeks Ive noticed SuperUser has blocked some of my rooted apps. Do I need to unroot and then root again or just reroot. Some one please help. Thanks.

I had issues with wallet, they replaced my phone. Now my Fire will not connect (even though it says connected), if I root will I lose wallet? I have money in account and don't care to lose it.

If you have to un lock your boot loader then your device will be wiped. UN locking is required too root.
