nexus s 4g wants to root by itself have proof...

ok guys.i know i b messing around too much.but today in my lunch break my nexus was acting crazy , the menu button was vibrating by itself ,so i held the power and turned off. and than on again .well all my widgets where gone than i held power to turn off dont remember if i held any of the volume buttons but the unlock bootloader screen was there ..is this normal..???.i will try to replicate this...
and i have no files downloaded neither intention of rooting for now...

i took pics with my friends iphone.but cant upload them from my nexus .i hit the image icon but says to put the http adress and i have them on my storage ,and if i hit the attachment i press choose (file) and does nothing. how can i upload them...

If you hold the middle of volume button while powering on you get the unlocked bootloader screen.
