Yeah, apologies to those who responded to my original posts, I should have been more clear on my situation. I started handling my own contract, bills, picking of phones and what not last year, so I'm still figuring out the ins and outs. I didn't even know those upgrades could last over the month they're initially available...
So, thanks for being patient.
I'll have to check with Sprint later today on the terms for my last yearly upgrade, because if the Evo 3D is a possibility then I obviously have more homework to do. But worst case scenario, and I only have this month to pick a phone, what would some of you guys suggest?
You could wait until the last day of the month and then do the upgrade. Sprint gives you 30 days to determine if you're satisfied with the phone. If the Evo 3D comes out and you'd rather have that, go back and swap them out. Nothing unethical or wrong with that... Worse case you have a nice Nexus S for a few years with Google support!
