Am I correct in assuming that the NFC antenna on this phone is on the sim card instead of the battery, or battery door? I was sent a new sim card with the phone, and just want some clarification from anyone who knows. TIA

It's in the battery too. I'm not even using the new sim card. I'm using my old one. I think the new sim card has more to do with ISIS but seeing as how it's not available to most right now, it doesn't really matter if you use it or not.

SIM card has nothing to do with NFC.
