NFL Mobie

My Verzion S5 is running Lollipop and the NFL Mobile app will not start. I have uninstalled\reinstalled, clear cache etc with no positive results.

Does anyone know how to fix, since the season is about to start?

If you have an S5 with Lollipop please let me know if your NFL Mobile app is working

Do you get an error message, or does it just dump you back to the homescreen? Is the app fully updated?

I get no error message and it just dumps me back to the home screen. I have confirmed that I am running the latest version

Did you also clear the app data from NFL Mobile in the App Manager?

Yes, I also cleared cache

Try unistalling the app and restaring the phone.

Since NFL Mobile is a preinstalled app, see if you can run it in Safe Mode, which should disable all other 3rd party apps that you installed. If the problem goes away, then something you installed is interfering: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10696

Thanks for the suggestion, it was a good idea. Unfortunately in safe mode the NFL Mobile app had the exact same problem.

I appreciate your suggestion and I emailed them yesterday and I got some response which seems to say that they know that some people are having a problem but they do not know why.
