Night-time mode

I'm really struggling to find the setting to change the way my phone screen displays at night.

Any straight forward steps to follow, ones I've found online don't seem to help.

You need to enable the System UI tuner. To do so you need to long press the settings gear icon in the notification shade until it starts spinning.

Excellent. That's helped. Nobody before had mentioned the spinning of the settings.

Curiously, it doesn't appear in my system ui settings. My only way of accessing it is through the quick actions menu (swiping down from top of screen)

Same here, I had the dev option on before the beta hit. So will need to make sure it is still there.

After checking the night time mode is not in the system UI Tuner it is just in the quick settings and a swipe to the left. There is a quick way to enter into split window mode though. Very useful.
