nighttime mode

I came from a blackberry storm 2. There was a night time mode that shut all notifications off is there a way to do it on the x. I can shut the sounds off but the notification light still blinks. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Put the phone face down. That is what I do if the light bothers me, though it is nowhere near as bright as my old Tour.

If you want to do something on a more software basis, I have no idea.

There is an app called quick profile that lets you set up different profiles. You have to switch them manually but works really good. You can set up a night mode where only the phone will ring with no notifications and no led nights. Check it out!

You can also get an app called "bedside" it should do what you want and it can also be like the profile "phone calls only"

I use quick profile. Works great for a sleep mode and a vibrate all mode for work.
