NIne Folders Email App

So I'm test driving NIne for the next few days as I find the Samsung Email App laggy and poorly executed. So far I really like it except that my sent emails, some of which are a week old, keep showing up in my Unread Email and therfore are being added to the count shown on the app icon. I made sure the app is not set to cc or bcc myself when I send a message so what am I missing?

Only way I have found is to turn off conversation view.

I'd love to know how to remove the sent items from the All Mail view. I really don't need to see them all the time.
