No AA in head unit play store

I recently purchased an unlabeled head unit that runs Android 8.1 Go. When I look in the play store Android Auto is not there. When I try and install it directly off the web it says the device is incompatible. Car Dashdroid can run on it but I would have to hotspot my phone to get full functionality, which causes several problems.
I would like to get AA, is there any way I could do that?

It could be that head unit doesn't support it , can try call customer service for the head unit u purchased.
