No Caller ID

I have a Galaxy S4 and a Note 3. Neither one has a setting for caller ID. Under more settings is TTY and hearing aids. How can I get the setting to turn off sending my number?

I'm not aware of a setting to do that. You can put in a code prior to making a call, but that is not persistent to my knowledge.
