no calls when alarm is set ?

What do you mean I use my droid for an alarm clock and I receive all my calls just fine. What alarm clock are you using?

Not sure what is going on for you but I use stock app and my phone rings just fine.

Yep just checked in my alarm settings I did not see anything. Is your phone ringer turned down which puts it into silent?
