No command witout data wipe / Important Photos

Im Having a problem with my Asus Memo Pad FHD10 (ME302C) after last time he was turned off now i got No Command message druing startup, i don't wanna make a factory reset because then i will lose important photos, is there other options aviable ? I hope that other option exist or maybe people know solution for my problem. Thank you for your time and help

First check on Google Photos to see if you left photo sync enabled. If you did, your photos are safe.

Then try following the steps in this post on XDA. If Android isn't too badly messed up it will work. If it doesn't, you'll have to reinstall all of Android.

Thank you for reply, I checked and photos aren't there because sync was dissabled. If I skip a part 10. from the guide my data still remain afterer flashing the firmware? For now i stopped on the 9.
