"No Disk Space"- Root Fail!

I'm having problems rooting my NC.

It seems EVERYtime I d/l the 3.0 auto nooter file and try writing it to my SD card it says there is not enough disk space. My SD card is a 4gig class 2. Is class 2 a little to old school for the root process?

I'm pretty sad that NOTHING is happening. I spent 30 bucks on this SD card, have tried the procedure on 2 different computers and I get NOTHING.

Did you format the card? If so, how big does it show on your computer?
