NO emails from ANY email app will push to my phone whatsoever after Lollipop update

I have a problem with emails,email accounts, and email apps on my Samsung Galaxy S4. It DOESN'T MATTER if Gmail, Yahoo, or mail.com, emails DO NOT get pushed to my phone whatsoever after the Lollipop update! In their native app, ALL email apps are set to push emails as notifications but STILL NO emails pushed to my phone whatsoever!!! And the problem DID NOT exist before the Lollipop update (worked on KitKat)

try -

wipe cache partition. also - log out of Google Account and log back in.

if that doesn't work and all else fails do factory reset. make sure all of your data is backed up/synced first.
