My Dr. wants to face time me.I only have my s10+. What can i use instead?

Or Google Duo. I did a doctor appointment and whatever link they sent worked on my S20 Ultra. They shouldn't just assume everyone has an iPhone.

Yep, Duo is excellent. Whereas Android users are unable to install Facetime (because Apple:-\), iPhone users are able to install Duo or any of the abovementioned apps, so they really don't have an excuse to be unable to make a video call with you.

Sorry that I'm a little late to the party here, but Facebook Messenger also has a video calling option. Since many Apple users will have those Facebook apps installed, that could be a good option, as well. My mother-in-law has an iPhone X Plus and I have an S10, and we use Messenger to video chat with one another.

Better late then never:)

I'm not American (maybe the OP isn't either, but the chances are good) or a doctor so I'm not an expert... But it's worth bearing in mind a US doctor may well be severely limited in what messaging app they can use if they don't want to be attacked by a hippo.

Do you mean "attacked by HIPAA"?:p To be fair, HIPAA is about as unwieldy as a hippo.

From what I've heard, if the doctor doesn't take proper steps to protect patient privacy, the government releases a wild hippo into their office. This is the hippo law!

I really doubt anything from Facebook is compliant... Duo might be.
