No flash on kit Kat?

Does flash player no longer work on kit Kat? It use to work on jellybean. I tried playing videos online using dolphins browser but they didn't play.

It may be the browser app. Some have reported it working in Firefox....

Flash player? I thought Flash got cancelled back in 4.1, maybe early 4.2.

Flash player still worked perfectly on other browsers except for chrome on 4.3. But u had to download the apk.
