no flash player on tab2 10.1?

how come there is no flash player installed on new tab2 10.1. any one know why?
google drive keeps telling me to upgrade my flash player, not there.

On my original tab 10.1, i had to install flash player app from the market.

You would think there is some flash support due to YouTube and some other apps, but maybe they ditched it for something newer like html5.
