no gmail?!

I haven't been able to get my Gmail. It keeps telling me no connection, please retry.

That's odd. Are you having problems with the default Gmail account associated with the device, or a secondary Gmail account?

Just humor me and try something basic, click on the Gmail icon / menu / accounts / add account. Re-enter all of you info. I just want to make sure it wasn't something silly like a mistyped password. Let's eliminate the obvious stuff first.

I should have asked.... were you getting Gmail before and it stopped? might be a sync issue. have you tried resyncing?

I have it back now. Think it was some sync issue. Can't explain it.
