no ICS upgrade for Atrix 4G - disappointed that Google/Motorola goes back on their promise

What a Shame for motorola/google. Those phones have a really good hardware and they can run ics ir jb without problem . Thankfully i exchanged My atrix 4G last week for a Sony Xperia S. I hope Sony update this phone yo jb and dont let the users down

What's your experience like with the Xperia thus far? I am waiting to see if Motorola changes their mind or have any updates pertaining to this situation where they are not updating our phones to ICS. If no actions are taken by them I am going to end my contract with Sprint and probably switch to a pre-paid plan with a GSM network because I am looking to pickup a GSM phone here in Asia bring back to the States. Was looking at the Lenovo P700i but the Xperia and Samsung phones are pretty big over here in Asia.

I like my Atrix 4G. My wife finally got rid of her Blackberry and moved on to the Samsung Galaxy S3 which has ICS (and soon to be JB). The 4GLTE was so much faster than my Atrix but I still liked my phone and the notion that it would be upgraded to ICS soon. I've been ready for an upgrade but kept hesitating since ICS was coming for my Atrix. Finally, I found the Galaxy S3 on sale and bought it but was kicking myself because I really liked mt Atrix. Now with the news that there will be no ICS...I feel better about moving on. (Alas, I still use my Atrix with wifi to play some games.)
