No internet access but mobile data is on and it consumes data

For the past 2 days the mobile data is on and it consumes data but provides no internet service..the symbol H+ is there but there is also an exclamation mark nearby indicating no internet access..I am using one plus one device

Try first a Power Off & Restart. Tell us what that does. If no go, we can proceed to other things, but that is the first step.
