No LED notif. after GB update??

I was in the SOAK and lost all my LED notifications after the update. I had SMS Popup and not only are the custom notifications not working but NO LED notification lights whatsoever are working, not even the charging light. I did a battery pull, uninstalled SMS Popup, reinstalled and nothing.
Several people in the SOAK lost LED notification with the update, anyone else?? I have no idea what to do at this point but it is a MAJOR problem for me....suggestions?
