no live links sent in email

I'm using the built in email app on my S5, using a pop3 account. When I copy and paste a link to send in an email, it's not live when viewed from a computer. Any computer...but if I send one to myself to test it, it's live within the email app. Any ideas? It doesn't matter who I send the link to, ....if they view it on a computer, the link is not live. Thanks

Could you provide an example of the link?

It may be a mobile link that the PC isn't recognizing, although this should not be the case. Try manually entering the web link into the E-Mail such as m.google.com and www.google.com; Feel free to test .

Is this only the case via the Mobile App, or any E-Mail applicant?
