no longer hiding text messages

after updated s3 it no longer hides the text messages how do I fix this

Hello. I am not sure how you mean. Where does it display them. Does it show the content on the notification shade or the lock screen? I get a "Messages - new message" briefly when locked, and it stays on the lock screen when awake. No actual text though.
