Go into your notification settings

then click advance

then go where it says all apps

then click on the arrow

clicked blocked apps

unblock contact app

then allow the notfication "urgernt, loud, medium or silent"

i did this after seeing it in another thread. i can confirm that this works on an at&t branded s9

why was it blocked to begin with? my ATT model wasn't. just curious!

i'm not sure, maybe something happened during the transferring of everything over. i actually never noticed the issue until i saw a post on here about it, i have a samsung gear watch and dismiss calls through that.
