No MMS service BLU Pure XL - dual SIM card smartphone

I have a new BLU Pure XL. I can't send or receive MMS or it works very slowly after I disable WiFi. Any solution?

Try making sure your APN is set up correctly.

Use a third party messaging app like textra, chomp sms, etc.
