Ergh. Argh and Ugh.

I have a Nexus 4. I was on StraightTalk and one day a couple of weeks ago, MMS stopped working. Couldn't receive. Then couldn't send either. Then I lost data all together. Spent an hour on the phone with 'tech' support with nothing resolved. Found some discussions, changed some settings and got data back. Still no MMS. Finally I just switched to T-Mobile. Started that on Friday and everything was fine including MMS. Now, as of last night, I can no longer receive messages. Two people have tried sending me messages. Both are on iPhones on AT&T. Nada. Someone else on a Galaxy 3, AT&T has also tried and nothing. I don't even get a notification that I've received an MMS. Any suggestions? I've done a fair amount of stuff lately - installed a new launcher, did some screen customizing, so I would prefer not to do a reset but could as a last resort.

try downloading tweakker from the app store.

MMS is finally working for me in NET10...

Give it a shot.

Are you on wifi when you have the problem? I've seen some people report that the Nexus 4 doesn't play well with some routers as far as toggling to mobile data for MMS. Seems strange, but it's easy enough to try turning wifi off. I was helping someone get Solavei setup on their Nexus 4 - my settings that work fine for MMS didn't work for them until they turned wifi off.

Yup, seems to be a common issue with the N4. I had to RMA a n4 a few months ago. On my new n4, the problem persists. People will tell you its the carriers fault. I think its the n4's fault. Its like hit or miss with this phone. Can't seem to handle anything as simple as sending and receiving MMS. I've had T-Mobile for a long long time, over 6 years and have NEVER had issues with MMS until the n4 came into my life. I would just RMA it back to Google and "try again" with a new n4. At least Google did one thing right; made their returns fairly painless.
