No Mobile Networks Found?

[Android Central Question]

For for the past week or two now, my phone will randomly stop receiving texts or calls. Everyone says calls go straight to my voicemail that I don't have set up. Incoming texts never come on time, and when I go to send an outgoing text, I will then know the issue is back again. It will say unable to send text, that there is no mobile networks found? I can use a second phone and call it and it will go straight to my vmail message. I can turn data on/off, wifi on/off, nothing. If I go to make a call, it starts working again, and I am flooded with all these texts messages that were delayed?

Go to settings in the phone dialer. Go to the when to forward options. Is the forwarding correct?

This was my question, I guess it didn't log me in when I posted. I've been into call settings and forwarding, it's disabled... I did a factory restore the other day, didn't change anything once it was done and within a few hours it was doing it again...
