No more folders?

I can't find a way to add a new folder to home screen. I want to group contacts into folders. I used to be able to with the former version.

I know!!!!! At least before I upgraded my system last week on my Droid razr Maxx, I already had folders created and contacts in them, so they stayed; If I had to create a new folder and new contacts, I can't....who says this was supposed to be easy...please HELP! I hate searching for contacts.....i want a downgrade, not me-friendly....... :-(
 
With ics on my phone you just put an icon on top of another one and that creates a folder. Give that a try.

Not sure about the specific contact question but I use apps organizer non-stop. You can create folders (called labels) & even change the icon BEFORE you add them to your home screen. I would be lost without it!

Same problem. I know you can drop one app on another to create a folder, but I have an app that I want to put in a folder by itself, which I could do before I upgraded to ICS. I've done a lot of searching but can't find an answer to this. Anyone else have any luck?
