No .mpg videosupport

it seems the phone will not play .mpg files. anyone with this issue? this is kind of disappointing.

Have you tried MX Player? It seems to work with pretty much every video-related thing I throw at it.

I'm an android n00b, so there may be a better alternative, but MX Player works like a buttery smooth dream for me.

Edit: Ah nevermind. I'll leave the link up for others just in case.
