NO MUSIC

I tried to download a few tunes from Google Play on to my G3 and I never found it anywhere. My G3 is a verizon so I stopped by and asked if I needed to turn on something, what is goin on. They tried to down load a free tune and between the 3 of them they had no luck. They said wait for a couple of weeks amd mabe LG will be sending an up date. I can down load Apps with no problem but I can't get music. Is anyone else having this problem?

Load an alternate Music app and see if you can find Your Music their.

Check in setting - accounts - google, tap on your gmail and make sure that google music is check marked.

I tried this and then purchased a song from Google play on my phone and still got nothing, but thanks anyhow.

You have to use the Google music app if I'm not mistaken for purchased music. You can download it later on the PC to then place on your phone as a file.

I stopped using Google Play for music. It's a real PITA compared to AmazonMp3. Google requires you to use their music player for their music files. Which of course means streaming, etc. Not for me. I want the mp3 where and when I want it.

You can download purchased stuff off Google music to your PC and do whatever.. But if amazon works for you then you're good to go .

Thanks blackdogAC. I downloaded an mp3 app and then went to Amazon music and bingo, no problem! All I needed was a work-around.

I just downloaded the songs from google music to my pc, then from computer to sd card; no app necessary
