No network service on 2g or 3g the phone only works on 4g. So no voice data! Help!!!

Hello and thanks for reading this thread, my huawei P8 on Android 6.0 the phone will only send messages and connect to 4g, it says "no service" whenever I try to switch network mode to 3g or 2g.
Things I tried with "no" results:
1. Switch phone on and off.
2. Different sim cards.
3. Network settings reset.
4. Factory reset/clear cache.

Hi, the best bet would be to speak to your service provider to see if they can assist.
