No New Camera App In 4.3?

Hi,

I might have missed something but I thought in 4.3 there was supposed to be a new camera app, photo sphere or something? When I start the camera it just looks the same as it was before, Android version is 4.3 and was updated through kies, does the S3 have this app or have I misread somewhere?

Not a new app, but perhaps the photosphere option. Check the camera option where you would toggle/switch modes. It should be in there if it's supported on the device.

Thanks for the reply, no its not on there, hmm though I swear that other people with a galaxy s3 said they had it with the 4.3 update. HDR is there, not sure if that was there before though, odd.

On a side note it feels like I have gone back a few years, for some reason SMS messages are changing to MMS after just 3 sms's and now a messaging thing is appearing on the lockscreen :/

And seems Kies 3 doesn't have a Contacts option either, man, what happened here lol

It was mentioned somewhere else I read as well so have just used their link, in Kies 3, the contacts has disappeared from the top left so no way to edit contacts in Kies 3
